Shipping and Delivery
You can send a Bouquet in a Card anywhere in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Some restrictions can apply for remote locations. Service throughout Canada coming soon!
All Bouquet in a Card products are freshly made by professional florists and shipped using Canada Post – Express Post delivery services. Delivery is guaranteed within 1 or 2 days maximum, depending on the destination. Canada Post does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, so in order to avoid having fresh flowers spend the weekend in Canada Post depots, Bouquet in a Card products can only be shipped from Monday to Thursday.
For same day shipping, orders should be placed prior the cutoff times listed below – according to province of delivery:
Monday - Thursday
- Québec – 1pm Eastern time (Unfortunately, we are temporarily unable to deliver to Québec)
- Manitoba - 4pm Central Time
- Saskatchewan - 4 pm Central Time
- Alberta – 3pm Mountain time
- British Columbia – 2pm Pacific time
All orders received prior to the cut-off will be shipped on the day of order; orders received after the cut-off will be prepared and shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be prepared and shipped on the following Monday.
Having said that, if you do miss the cut-off time, please call us at 1-855-477-5661 and we will make every effort to process your order on the same day!
Please note that, from time to time, it may be possible that certain flowers will not be available when an order is placed. We will do our best to fulfill all orders as they are received but, in the event that one or more types of flower are not available, we may need to either subsitute for the missing flowers (for the same or superior quality) or delay the order. In such cases, we will endeavour to make contact with you to discuss the available options. The best way to make sure that your order is prepared and received on time is to order a few days in advance.
To make sure that the Bouquet in a Card is delivered at the door and not left on the porch in hot or cold weather, a signature is required at delivery. If the recipient is not home, a delivery notice will be left at their door and they will need to collect their parcel from the nearest post office.
At checkout, there is an option for customers to provide e-mail or phone contact details for the recipient. If provided, we can then alert the recipient to expect a parcel from Canada Post on the day of delivery and suggest that, should the recipient not be home when the mail arrives, he/she checks their doorstep/mailbox for a delivery notice and thus ensure that the Bouquet in a Card can be fully enjoyed from day one.
Please make sure that the recipient will be at home (and not on holiday!) when you send them their gift. We will ensure that Bouquet in a Card products arrive in excellent condition on the date of delivery specified by the customer but, clearly, we cannot be held responsible for the whereabouts of recipients at time of delivery! We cannot guarantee flower quality in the event that the recipient does not receive/collect his/her Bouquet in a Card 2 or more days following attempted delivery. Bouquet in a Card will replace or refund any products that are lost due to delivery issues caused by Canada Post.
Express delivery fees are included in the up-front price. No additional fees for handling and delivery will be added at checkout.
