Ordering Bouquet in a Card products
1. How do I order a Bouquet in a Card?
Easy! We have a user-friendly website – which you have hopefully already noticed! – making the process very straightforward:
I. If you are a new customer, you can optionally register and have your details saved for subsequent visits, as well as sign up for our newsletter and to receive special offers;
II. Select a card – you can start looking at the Bouquet in a Card ranges by browsing by occasion, flower or price. For each option, there are a range of different bouquets that have been designed to ensure the perfect match between flowers and card.
III. Write your message to the recipient;
IV. Complete shipping details – optionally provide phone or e-mail details for the recipient so that we can notify them to expect a delivery from Canada Post;
V. Complete billing information and make purchase;
VI. We will send you a confirmatory e-mail including shipping & delivery date estimates;
VII. Follow up with the recipient and ensure that joy has been delivered as promised!
2. When should I order?
Orders will be shipped Monday to Thursday (to arrive Tuesday to Friday). For same day shipping (and delivery the following day), orders should be placed prior the cut-off times listed below – according to province of delivery:
Monday - Thursday
- Québec – 1pm Eastern time (Unfortunately, we are temporarily unable to deliver to Québec)
- Manitoba - 4pm Central Time
- Saskatchewan - 4pm Central Time
- Alberta – 3pm Mountain time
- British Columbia – 2pm Pacific time
All orders received prior to the cut-off will be shipped on the day of order; orders received after the cut-off will be prepared and shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be prepared and shipped on the following Monday.
Having said that, if you do miss the cut-off time, please call me on 1-855-477-5661 and I will make every effort to process your order on the same day!
Please note that, from time to time, it may be possible that certain flowers will not be available when an order is placed. We will do our best to fulfill all orders as they are received but, in the event that one or more types of flower are not available, we may need to either subsitute for the missing flowers (for the same or superior quality) or delay the order. In such cases, we will endeavour to make contact with you to discuss the available options. The best way to make sure that your order is prepared and received on time is to order a few days in advance.
3. What methods of payment do you accept?
Both debit and credit cards - all orders are securely processed through PayPal Website Payments Pro.

5. Can I order more than one Bouquet in a Card at a time?
With pleasure! You can order as many Bouquet in a Card as you want through the website. It is also possible to enter multiple shipping addresses so that you can order several Bouquet in a Card for different people at the same time.
6. Can I buy Bouquet in a Card in a local florist?
For the time being, you can only do this in Kelowna, British Columbia. Bouquet in a Card can be bought from its home, FlowerScene (104-5309 Main Street - Kettle Valley Village Centre, Kelowna, V1W 4V3, 778-477-5661). Refer to 'Retail Locations' for updated information.
